Our guests from Thailand left Japan on the night of October 23rd,2018.
On Monday, Mahidol students from Thailand and their buddies visited the Institute of Transformative Bio-Molecules (ITbM) and Nittaiji temple which was built as a symbol of the friendship between Japan and Thailand. On Tuesday, they visited LIXIL, a Japanese manufacturer of building materials and housing equipment, and had a lecture there.
In the cultural assembly, Mahidol students showed us a traditional dance and gave an interesting and informative scientific presentation. Our students had such a good time with their guests that they were in tears when they had to say good-bye. Both Thai students and our students certainly benefited from their time together, and it became a precious memory for them.
